Full medical facilities are provided for our event by the East of Engalnd Ambulance NHS Trust and St John Ambulance.  Paramedics, rapid response vehicles, ambulances and first aiders are on the course at strategic points, including first aiders at each of the four water stations.  A large medical resource centre is set up at the start/finish area under the control of the race medical director.

The running number you will receive with your race pack has a medical information form on the rear; for your safety please ensure you complete this information.

In conjunction with runbritain, a medical resouce website is the product of joint arrangements between the UK leading roadraces. It is a one stop shop for information on the correct way of training, eating and drinking, as well as tips on how to stay fit and healthy while training and racing.  Click here to access this website.
